Categories added

I have changed the web directory to use categories, rather than a a-z listing structure. This will increase the relevance of each link, as each page will be topic orientated. I have added common categories which should suit everyone.

New template added

I have added a new template for TopWebDirectory.net. I have used a white, red and blue theme. I expect I will make a few tweaks of the next few weeks.
